NAB SHOW 2026:

OUR VIEW FROM THE GROUND

The global media and entertainment industry gathered in Las Vegas in April for this year’s NAB Show, bringing together 58,000 participants from 146 countries.

Our team was there – speaking to customers, taking the temperature of the market and helping to shape the conversations on the ground.

Syed Ahmed, Head of International Business Development:

"NAB 2026 was one of our most productive yet. We had a series of customer meetings, made new connections and showcased how ZOO is combining automation with human talent to push the boundaries of media localisation. The flexibility of our offering resonated and is clearly aligned with the strategic priorities of our customers. We left the conference with a healthy pipeline of follow-up meetings and real confidence in our market positioning."

BOARD CHANGES: NATHALIE SCHWARZ BECOMES
CHAIR AND ALAN NEWMAN JOINS AS
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Nathalie and Alan

With a platform now in place for sustainable profitability, the Board has been refreshed to capitalise on ZOO’s evolved positioning and emerging market opportunities.

Nathalie Schwarz has become Chair, succeeding Gillian Wilmot CBE who stood down from the Board in May following nearly seven years of service to the Group. Previously Senior Independent Director, Nathalie brings 20 years of international board-level experience with expertise in the media and digital technology sector.

In May, we also welcomed Alan Newman to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director. Alan is an experienced non-executive director, Chief Financial Officer and business adviser, with a specialism in media, technology and knowledge-based businesses. His background combines senior management roles in global businesses including CFO of Ebiquity plc and YouGov plc, with senior consultancy and professional services leadership roles at KPMG and EY. He is currently Audit Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director of Future plc, an international media group.

Alan will succeed Mickey Kalifa as Chair of the Audit Committee when he stands down from the Board at the FY26 AGM, having served a term of
nine years.
