Hi there

Welcome to our latest edition of the quarterly investor newsletter from ZOO Digital, featuring trade announcements, ZOO news and relevant industry developments.

To support our continued growth and to provide distribution to US-based investors, we have appointed Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited as our Nominated Adviser and Broker. Stifel is a global investment bank with 100 technology bankers active across nominated advisory and corporate broking, international M&A and equity capital markets. Stifel has large sales and research teams in London, continental Europe and the United States and also publishes equity research on some of our customers.

Look out for our update on trading for the current year in a pre-close statement that we’ll issue in March ahead of our preliminary results that will be announced on 24th June 2020.

Save the date: We will be attending Mello 2020, the growth company investor conference, on Thursday 21st May where you will be able to meet management and attend investor presentations by ZOO and around 100 other companies.

Our 2020 preliminary results presentation will be available as a live webcast – register your interest to receive further details.
