Our preliminary results for the year to March 2020 were released on 14th July. The annual report and accounts, notice of the AGM and form of proxy have just been made available to shareholders of the Group as an electronic communication, together with hard copies for shareholders who have requested them. The global lockdown has accelerated opportunities for ZOO as traditional dubbing service providers worldwide have been unable to operate, while for ZOO’s cloud-based service it has been business as usual. In the last few months we have dubbed titles for many of the world’s leading entertainment companies, although confidentiality agreements mean that we can’t discuss them openly.
Since our last investor newsletter two major new streaming services have launched in the US – HBO Max from WarnerMedia and Peacock from NBCUniversal. Across the board the Over The Top (OTT) operators have seen subscriber numbers swell, with further international expansion expected widely. This growing consumer demand in turn expands ZOO’s Total Addressable Market for media localisation and digital packaging services.

ZOO Digital provides services allowing TV and movie content to be subtitled and dubbed in any language and prepared for sale with all major online platforms such as Amazon, iTunes, Google and Hulu. This allows ZOO's clients to leverage their original content to reach audiences worldwide.
